whooo I love when I get to this point that I feel like I am going to pass out or die! everything goes blurry and there are black and white spots in my vision, I feel myself tip and my head starts spinning, then I just KEEP RUNNING! :)

Can’t express this enough. Yes, it’s great to work out but that’s only half of the equation to a healthy lifestyle. Eat right and give your body the proper nutrition it deserves.
don’t kid yourself you WILL NOT work that cake/cookie/chocolate off later! just don’t eat it.

I worked out flat out for three days in a row and yesterday I was so tired and grumpy so I think I need a day of rest. although I am still doing all my stretches and cardio stuff. just not going on the treadmill. :)
