TIME TO GET SKINNY!

I am currently attempting to lose weight.

on the 28th of May I was 68kg or 149 pounds.
on the 30th of June I was 65kg or 143 pounds.
on the 7th of July I was 64.5kg or 142 pounds.


I want to help inspire people to lose weight and also be inspired and encouraged by my followers.
If you ever need advice or support I am just an ask away.

I NEARLY PASSED OUT!

whooo I love when I get to this point that I feel like I am going to pass out or die! everything goes blurry and there are black and white spots in my vision, I feel myself tip and my head starts spinning, then I just KEEP RUNNING! :)

Can’t express this enough. Yes, it’s great to work out but that’s only half of the equation to a healthy lifestyle. Eat right and give your body the proper nutrition it deserves.

Today is my rest day.

I worked out flat out for three days in a row and yesterday I was so tired and grumpy so I think I need a day of rest. although I am still doing all my stretches and cardio stuff. just not going on the treadmill. :)
